Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made through the Neurofluff online store. It explains warranty coverage for all customers worldwide, with additional jurisdiction-specific clarifications where required by law.
1. General Warranty (All Customers)
All Neurofluff products are covered against manufacturing defects that were present at the time of delivery. This warranty applies to all customers regardless of country of residence.
Covered defects include, but are not limited to:
– Printing errors
– Manufacturing or stitching faults
– Material defects
This warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear
– Damage caused by improper use or handling
– Damage caused by washing or drying contrary to care instructions
– Accidental damage occurring after delivery
– Color variations caused by different screen displays
– Minor deviations that do not affect usability
2. Warranty for Customers in the United States
For customers located in the United States, this warranty is provided as a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
If a valid defect is confirmed, Neurofluff may, at its discretion, provide:
– A replacement product, or
– A refund of the purchase price
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided to U.S. customers, and all implied warranties are limited accordingly.
3. Warranty for Customers in Germany and the European Union
For customers located in Germany and the European Union, statutory warranty rights (“Gewährleistung”) apply in accordance with applicable German and EU consumer protection laws.
The statutory warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery. If a defect that existed at the time of delivery is confirmed, customers are entitled to the remedies provided by law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, where applicable.
4. Customers in Other Countries
For customers located outside the United States and the European Union, warranty rights apply in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence. Neurofluff provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects as described in Section 1.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Neurofluff within a reasonable time after discovering the defect and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

6. Relationship to Refund & Exchange Policy
This Warranty Policy applies exclusively to defective products. Returns, refunds, and exchanges for reasons other than defects are governed by the Refund & Exchange Policy.
7. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by applicable consumer protection laws depending on the customer’s place of residence. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
