These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Neurofluff online store.

2. Subject Matter

The subject of the contract is the sale of physical, made-to-order products featuring AI-generated designs.

3. Contract Formation

Product listings do not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Production and Delivery

All products are made to order. Production and delivery times are estimates. International shipments may be subject to customs delays or fees.

6. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts involving the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on individual selection or specification by the customer, pursuant to Section 312g(2)(1) German Civil Code.

7. Defective Products

Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, customers are entitled to subsequent performance.

8. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
