Refund & Exchange Policy

This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the Neurofluff online store. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Neurofluff are produced only after an order has been placed. We do not keep prefabricated or ready-made items in stock. Each dakimakura cover and related product is manufactured individually for every order.

2. No Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Goods

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured individually after purchase. This applies to all products sold in this store.

3. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the defect or damage, including packaging where applicable.

After review, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
– Replacement of the item
– Refund of the purchase price

If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will cover reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.

5. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

If a shipment is delayed, damaged during transit, or lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the carrier investigation has been completed.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, all sales are final except in cases of defective or damaged items.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
