Most orders take around 4 weeks to produce, followed by shipping time depending on your location. Estimated timeline: - Production: ~4 weeks - Shipping (US): 7–17 days - Shipping (EU): 7–17 days - Shipping (other countries): 7–21 days All products are made to order and produced in batches by our partner factories before being shipped.
Tracking numbers are usually provided after production is completed. They become available once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
If you contact us as soon as possible after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
We offer Plush, 2-Way Tricot, and Premium 2-Way Tricot fabrics, each with different feel and characteristics.
Yes. Our designs are created using generative AI combined with human refinement and quality control.
Yes. All orders are shipped without branding or indications of the contents.
Yes. You may submit custom images or special requests during checkout or by contacting us.

We work with small, high-quality manufacturing partners and offer multiple premium fabrics. Production runs start once minimum batch requirements are met or a short waiting period has passed.
We aim to ship orders in a single package whenever possible. Very large orders may be split into multiple packages.
Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially shortly after the tracking number is issued. If there is no movement for 7 days, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with clear photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Address changes are usually possible before shipping. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.
Printed colors may differ slightly from screen displays due to printing limitations and screen settings.
Hand wash in cold water with gentle detergent and air dry. Avoid heat and rough friction.
We sell dakimakura covers only. Pillow inserts must be purchased separately.

Yes. Fabric samples are available for $25 USD with free worldwide shipping.
We do not ship to Russia, North Korea, or Belarus. We do ship to Ukraine, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.
