Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are produced, consolidated, and shipped by Neurofluff. All products are made to order and shipped through a multi-stage international logistics process. Please read this page to understand how shipping works and what to expect.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All Neurofluff products are made to order. Production begins only after payment has been received.

Estimated production time:
– Around 4 weeks

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, factory capacity, and item type.

2. Multi-Factory Production & Order Consolidation

Neurofluff works with several manufacturing partners (usually 3–4 factories). Different products may be produced at different factories.

Orders are not shipped directly from each factory. Instead:
– Each factory produces items in batches
– Finished items are sent to an international shipping forwarder
– If your order contains items from multiple factories, they are combined into one shipment

This process helps keep shipping costs reasonable and allows us to ship your order together.

3. Customs Processing & Export Handling

Before your order is shipped internationally, the shipping forwarder completes export processing and customs pre-clearance.

Neurofluff prepays all applicable customs duties, tariffs, and export charges before the shipment leaves the country of origin.

During this stage, your order is not yet with the final delivery carrier, and a tracking number is not available yet.

4. Handover to Shipping Carrier & Tracking

Once customs processing is completed, your order is handed over to an international shipping carrier. Common carriers include YunExpress, UBI, DHL, UPS, or similar services.

A tracking number becomes available only after this handover. Tracking information will be sent to you once it has been issued by the carrier.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear.

5. Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:
– United States: 7–17 days
– European Union: 7–17 days
– Other countries: 10–21 days

6. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

All prices shown in the Neurofluff store already include applicable customs duties, tariffs, and import charges.

These costs are prepaid by Neurofluff during export processing. Under normal circumstances, you will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

We do our best to ship orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, sometimes delays happen that are outside our control.

These can include:
– production taking longer than expected
– orders being grouped together before shipping
– customs processing taking longer than usual
– shipping company delays or rerouting
– bad weather
– strikes
– government or regulatory actions

If delays happen for these reasons, they are unfortunately not something we can speed up or avoid. Delivery delays caused by these factors are not a reason for order cancellation or refund.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, any additional shipping or reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Replacements or refunds can only be issued after the carrier investigation has been completed.
